From our summerhouse it is a 10 minute (1,0 km) walk to the Oostduinen, after crossing the dunes you reach the wide beach. Ouddorp has over 18 km of beach, we are near the most eastern part from where you can walk to the "Kwade Hoek". Together, the Oostduinen en Kwade Hoek, form the special Natura 2000 protected landscape site. (more information about the protected site on www.synbiosys.alterra.nl/natura2000)
